Banana Cow

* 1 oz Light Rum
* 1 oz Creme de Banana
* 1 1/2 oz Cream
* 1 dash Grenadine
* Crushed Ice

Shake ingredients with crushed ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice
of banana and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.


Caribbean Lover

* 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
* 1 oz Amaretto
* 2 oz Pineapple Juice
* 2 oz Orange Juice
* 1 splash Grenadine
* Ice

Shake well with ice and pour into a glass. Float grenadine on top. Add a slice of orange and a slice of pineapple on top.

Stone Cocktail

* 1/2 oz Light Rum
* 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
* 1 oz Dry Sherry
* Ice

Stir with ice and strain into a glass.


Hurricane Jane

* 1/4 oz Light Rum
* 1/4 oz Gin
* 1/4 oz Vodka
* 1/4 oz Tequila
* 1/4 oz Blue Curacao
* 1 dash Cherry Brandy
* 3 oz Sour Mix
* 3 oz Orange Juice
* Ice

Pour over ice into hurricane glass and stir well. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Meyers dark Jamaican Rum
Triple Sec
Roses Grenadine syrup
Pineapple/Orange juice (already mixed in the carton.)
Orange Juice (in the carton)

For one drink, mix two shots Rum, one shot Triple Sec, a splash of Grenadine, two parts Pine/Orange, to one part Orange juice. Shake or stir briskly,
Pour over ice, and enjoy.

For a punch bowl just mix up a bunch of the stuff.

Don't go too heavy on the Grenadine or it will be super sweet

Mix equal parts of whatever fresh fruit juices you can find.

Mix that with 1/2 its volume of ginger ale.

Add rum to taste, serve cold, over ice, with a little umbrella stuck through a chunk of some kind of fruit.

Goombay Smash:

All equal parts (2 oz each makes one tall drink):

Light Rum
Dark Rum
Coconut Rum
Pineapple Juice
+dash bitters

Blend with crushed ice, serve over cubes, sugar- rimmed glass is a nice touch.

*Warning: they go down easy, and hurt you later.

 
In Barbados the recipe went like this.

T'ree of strong
Two of sweet
One of sour
Dash of bitters
Ice and garnish.

Particularly good if the strong is Mount Gay Extra Old.

64 oz pineapple juice
50 oz water with enough Orange TANG for 64 oz (YES, TANG!!!)
32 oz cheap white rum
6 oz each of the following:
Nassau Royal Liqueur
Dark, really Dark, Rum
Dark Rum
Mango Rum
Coconut Rum
Grenadine to taste
15 drops Angostura bitters

It is better if it sits for a day.
